MASTER OF SCIENCE IN BIOMETRY

Biometry is the application of statistics in the biological sciences: medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, animal science, ecology and so on.  The subject is concerned with the design of research studies (experiments and surveys), data collection and management, data analysis and interpretation. The methodology employed draws upon Mathematics and Statistical theory to establish a theoretical foundation, computing resources for data management and analysis and an understanding of the scientific method for meaningful application.
